Some aggrieved politicians who lost the opportunity to secure tickets for the 2027 general elections have reportedly begun making plans to dump the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The development is coming just hours after a Federal High Court extended the deadline for political parties to submit the names of their registered candidates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Sources within the party say the affected politicians are dissatisfied with the outcome of the party’s internal processes and may soon announce their defection to other political platforms.
