Unknown gunmen have reportedly abducted the younger sister of former Minister of Power and Oyo State governorship aspirant, Bayo Adelabu, along with her twin children in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The incident was confirmed on Wednesday by Adelabu’s media aide, Femi Awogboro, who disclosed that the victims were kidnapped at the Elewura area of Challenge in Ibadan by armed assailants.
Security agencies have reportedly commenced efforts to rescue the victims and track down those responsible for the abduction. Further details surrounding the incident are still emerging as investigations continue.
