
LAGOS, Nigeria , Three former employees of popular sports radio station BRILA FM are set to be arraigned before a Federal High Court in Lagos on November 7, 2025, over alleged involvement in a ₦100 million fraud.
According to The Sun Nigeria, the trio are accused of misappropriating company funds during their time with the organisation. Details of the alleged offence indicate that the suspects diverted the funds for personal use, violating company trust and financial regulations.
The arraignment follows investigations by law enforcement agencies into the alleged financial misconduct. Court officials confirmed that charges have been filed, and all three defendants are expected to appear before the court on the scheduled date.
