Sokoto, Nigeria — Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, on Sunday paid a visit to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, at the Sokoto Correctional Centre. The visit was conducted alongside senior officials of the Sokoto State Government.
