Minna, Niger State – September 16, 2025: Governor Mohammed Umar Bago of Niger State has mandated all scrap dealers in the state to register with the government as part of efforts to regulate the industry and curb illegal activities.
The directive, announced on Monday, also prohibits individuals under 18 years old from engaging in the scrap business.
