American-Senegalese singer Akon is facing a major marital crisis as his wife, Tomeka Thiam, has reportedly filed for divorce after 29 years of marriage, demanding a staggering €100 million in compensation.
Tomeka, who has been with Akon since the early days of his career, claimed she played a key role in building the singer’s empire. “I stood by Akon through all the pain, the cheating, and the struggles. I deserve my share of what we built together,” she reportedly said.
