Nigerian stars Rasheedat Ajibade and Chiamaka Nnadozie have been shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 Confederation of African Football (CAF) Awards.
According to The Punch, the duo who played key roles in Nigeria’s impressive 2024 season were listed among top contenders across various categories, including the Women’s Player of the Year award.
Other Super Falcons teammates were also recognized for their outstanding performances both at club and national levels, highlighting Nigeria’s continued dominance in African women’s football.
The CAF Awards ceremony, which celebrates the best football talents on the continent, is scheduled to hold later this year.
