Nigerian Police Declare Three Cabota Energy Directors Wanted Over Alleged Kidnapping, Assassination Plot, and ₦3 Billion Gas Plant Fraud


The Nigerian Police Force has declared three directors of Cabota Energy wanted for their alleged involvement in a kidnapping and assassination plot, as well as a ₦3 billion fraud linked to a gas plant, Sahara Reporters has learned.


According to police sources, the suspects are being investigated for multiple criminal allegations, including orchestrating a kidnapping and plotting to assassinate certain individuals connected to their business operations.

In addition, authorities say the trio is implicated in defrauding a gas plant project worth ₦3 billion. Police have issued wanted notices and are appealing to the public to provide information that could assist in apprehending the suspects.

The police have assured that all leads will be treated confidentially and that the suspects will face the full weight of the law once apprehended.
